Ashton Court (Bristol):
Mansion House environs: 1 Sparrowhawk, 5 Buzzard, 1 Green Woodpecker.

Oldbury Power Station:
1 Lapwing, 8 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Common Sandpiper, 5 Raven, 8 House Sparrow, 1 Yellow Wagtail.

New Passage-Northwick:
Wetland: 19 Canada Goose, 3 Tufted Duck broods, 3 Cormorant, 6 Little Egret, 3 Grey Heron, 10 Little Grebe, 2 Water Rail families, 5 Little Ringed Plover, 25 Lapwing, 26 Dunlin, 7 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Greenshank, 60 Redshank, 5 Yellow Wagtail.

Portbury Wharf:
1 Wigeon, 1 Water Rail, 2 Green Sandpiper, 1 adult Mediterranean Gull, 12 Swift, 1 Sand Martin.

Clevedon coast:
Yeo Est end: 20 Shelduck + 20 young, 3 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 4 Oystercatcher, 1 Whimbrel, 100 Curlew, 2 Redshank, 6 Turnstone (1st returners, Trevor Riddle), 500 BH Gull, 1 Skylark, 100 Swallow, 3 Wheatear, 40 Linnet.

Planet Chew:
Caspian Gull: 1 flyover at Heron's Green this morning (Mrs Trellis), rare bird for Avon. Unusually, the bird was carrying an orange tail-tag with white letters 'EASY JET'. If anyone knows of such a gull colour-tagging project, please could you let us know. Thanks.
We've sent the description to the Recorder but we're not hopeful....lone observer...tricky species...no photograph...etc...

Velvet Bottom (Somerset):
2 Buzzard, 1 Water Rail, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Raven, 1 Coal Tit, 2 Marsh Tit, 2 Nuthatch, 5 Mistle Thrush, 3 Spotted Flycatcher, 1 Redstart, 5 Bullfinch.
