Generally much calmer than yesterday, so less of everything and largely overcast in Bristol

2 Sparrowhawk, 1 Wood Pigeon, 2 Collared Dove, 8 Long-tailed Tit (chased by one of the sprawks), 2 Blackbird

SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE


Severn Beach:
No Storm Petrels this morning but a patch 'year tick': a Shag dropped in at 05.50 for 10 minutes before flying off south
New Passage:
Evening High Tide - Canada Geese - a 'significant' flock , 2-5 Shelduck, c150 Dunlin, 50 Turnstone, Ringed Plover , c50 Redshank, Black Tailed Godwit, 3 Oystercatcher, plus 3 Common Sandpiper  in Chestle Pill.
1 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 1Buzzard, 1 Hobby (caught a small bird)


Pilning Wetland:
Lapwing, Snipe, 1 Swift, 90+ House Martin,17 Swallow and good numbers of Sand Martin, Goldfinch, c 40 Linnet


Chipping Sodbury Common:
2 Kestrel, Skylark, 6 Redstart, Long Tailed Tit, Goldfinch
