6-1-18 Saturday - Purple Sandpipers

Cold, overcast and hazy, dry.  Brighter in the afternoon with a chilly NE wind.  Several people stayed in the warmth photographing Blackcaps in their gardens (Sean Whyte and Peter Coslett).

Coal Tit, Blue and Great, and the returning Marsh Tit on the feeders this evening.
Nuthatch and Greenfinch also seen.


Oldbury Power Station:
4 Rock Pipit and 4 Stonechat between jetty and yacht club.

Aust Warth:
Short-eared Owl.
