Thornbury - ish:
records taken while doing a 13 mile run. - glad you stayed in S Glos.
4 Buzzards 1 Sparrowhawk, Green Woodpecker, Singing Skylark and 12 singing Chiffhaff.

New Passage/Northwick/Pilning wetland:
c.70 Shelduck, 6 Shoveler, 4 Gadwall, 1 Teal, 7 Tufted Duck, 1 Little Grebe, 1 Moorhen, 5 Coot, 2 Curlew, c.30 Dunlin, c.60 Redshank, 2 confiding juv Mistle Thrush on power lines, 7 Pied Wagtail, 12 Meadow Pipit, 2 Greenfinch, flock c.20 Goldfinch.

Gadwall 26th Mar 2018 Kingsgate Park Yate (Dan White -- Mondays pic, this time f)
Yate Kingsgate Park:
6 Gadwall, 1 Cormorant, 4 Chiffchaff, 2 Blackcap, and a Nuthatch.

Filton Airfield:
1 Buzzard - very wet!

Siston Common:
3 Great Spotted Woodpecker - courtship display flight

Claverham:
1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, and 51 Brambling - yes FIFTY ONE - in the garden, on, under and around the feeders.

Portbury Wharf:
1 Little Gull - just starting to see the hood coming through.

Clevedon-Yeo:
16 Canada Goose, 23 Mute Swan - (Part of the N Somerset flock?), 50 Shelduck, 12 Shoveler - (At KP), 45 Wigeon, 25 Teal, 2 Pochard 2 - (At KP), 15 Tufted Duck - (At KP), 2 Little Egret, 5 Cormorant  - (At KP), 23 Oystercatcher, 3 Lapwing, 3 Grey Plover, 22 Turnstone, 8 Dunlin - (migrant schinzii's), 95 Redshank - (15 at Kenn and 80 up Yeo), 1 Black-headed Gull, 10 Herring Gull, 3 Raven, 2 Wheatear - (m), 15 Linnet.

Wain's Hill:
Several calling Chiffchaff.

Blind Yeo/Dowlais: combined report
3 Ringed Plover, only 9 Redshank left - 130 normal in winter, 5 Wheatear, 2 Grey Wagtail (f & m)
