Cameley:
An interesting week for Redwings just gone:
Hundreds around (and dozens ringed) until yesterday when numbers plummeted, barely any today.
The flocks brought in a few Song & Mistle Thrushes with them.
A couple of Redwings were very dark, possible of the Icelandic race T. i. coburni but difficult to be certain.

One immature had three remarkable sets of
23-11-21 Redwing showing fault bars,
 Cameley (Bob Medland
)
fault-bars indicating mixed food availability
when it was a nestling earlier this year.
[See attached photo.]
If seen from behind in the field
it might have had the observer guessing.

Two Blackcaps each on the 17th.

Two Greenfinches on the 18th.

Jays are more obvious than usual, probably as they are having to forage about in the open for other food due to this non-acorn autumn following the mast year in 2020.
