Submitting Bird Records

Submitting your bird records helps keep track of how the birds in our area are faring. Whether you send your records into us, the BOC, the County Recorder or via Birdtrack and eBird they are all helpful, especially any evidence of breeding for most species.

More details can be found here: https://bristolornithologicalclub.co.uk/bird-recording/ or here:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S5IMCd2tpRiJHwvIhY-AYJjNoLM7k5a3/view

Some of the species are rare breeding birds or Schedule 1 species, and therefore caution must be applied when reporting them during the breeding season. The welfare of the bird always comes first.
