1 Chiffchaff singing

College Green:
1 Raven on the roof of city hall and a Sparrowhawk over while hundreds of us were doing a 'die-in' at the Rise for Climate demo

Easton:
sub-singing Willow Warbler in the back garden first thing.

Finzel's Reach:
1 Cormorant, 2 Peregrine sat on the rain downpipes early pm

Riverside Park, city end of the M32:
1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Kingfisher, 1 Grey Wagtail

Yate:
1 f Sparrowhawk caught a Starling in our garden, which is sad

Wain's Hill, Clevedon:
100+ House Martins along with a few Sand Martins, Swallows and Mipits moving South before the rain

Camely:
Just ringed the 100th Blackcap in my garden this last four weeks, virtually all juvs. Chiffs were pipped to the post with 97. Willow Warbler a poor third with 25. Heart-stopping moment yesterday when a Hobby shot over the garden, only just above my top net, dammit!!
