Overcast, but a fine, cool morning seguing into a thoroughly wet and dismal day when the rain started at 11-ish.  Max temp c. 19°C with a gusty SW wind.

Aust Warth:
(0640-0830, all NE)   1 Hobby, 11 Raven, 90 Swallow, 42 House Martin, 1 Treecreeper (locally most unusual), 1 Grey Wagtail, 10 Meadow Pipit, 120 Linnet.

Chipping Sodbury Common:
2 Green Woodpecker, 1 Swallow, 5 Chiffchaff, 4 Blackcap, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 6 Whitethroat, 3 Redstart, 2 Stonechat, 1 Wheatear, 7 Yellow Wagtail, 2 Meadow Pipit.
