5 Wheatear, 45 Yellow Wagtail including an almost monochrome bird, Greenshank, 2 Coal Tit, Whitethroat, 160+ Black-tailed Godwit (1 colour ringed), 8 Knot, 7+ Snipe, 8+ Blackcap,
2 Reed Warbler, 2 new broods of Little Grebe. Plus Ruff, Swift, Green Sandpiper and Whinchat later

Chew Valley Lake:

Great views of Osprey fishing up to Herriotts and back down past Stratford, then catching a small fish off Moreton at 16:15. No sign of Wood Sandpiper at Herriotts - or anywhere else.
