A cooler and sunny morning, around 20℃., then clouding over as the wind got up.  Still dry.

SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE

Shepperdine:
320+ Ringed Plover, 1 Whimbrel, 3 Knot, 120+ Dunlin, 1 Sanderling.

Oldbury Power Station:
12 Teal, 4 Black-tailed Godwit, 4 Greenshank (1 at yacht club, 3 down-river), 1 Hobby, 3 Willow Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler, 4 Reed Warbler, 3 Lesser Whitethroat, 10 Whitethroat, 2 Goldcrest, 1 Treecreeper, 1 Redstart, 4 Yellow Wagtail.

Littleton Brick Pits:
4 Green Sandpiper.

Pilning wetland:
Whimbrel, 266 Black-tailed Godwit, Knot, Ruff, Willow Warbler, 4+ Blackcap, Garden Warbler, 3 Whitethroat, Wheatear, 2 Yellow Wagtail.

Severn Beach:
8 Little Egret, 1 Hobby, Lesser Whitethroat, Whitethroat, Blackcap.


NORTH SOMERSET

Bristol International Airport:
Pulses of Swallow moving through with a few Sand Martin.

Sand Point/Bay:
A couple of Whimbrel and a Greenshank heard calling in the Bay.
1 Turnstone south over, 60 Dunlin up channel.
40 Swallow, 15 House Martin and 1 Grey Wagtail north.
2 Whinchat, 1 Spotted Flycatcher, 4 Lesser Whitethroat, 3 Whitethroat, 1 Wheatear, 3 Chiffchaff, Yellow Wagtail in the bushes.

Hanham:
1 Swift  - late one for here.

Marshfield:
Sparrowhawk, Buzzard, Little Owl, 2 Raven, 20+ Swallow, 7 Yellow Wagtail.

Newton St Loe:
6+ Buzzard, 2 Stock Dove, 3 Kestrel, 1 Jay, 2 Raven, 10 Swallow, 2 House Martin, 10+ Long-tailed Tit, 2 Willow Warbler, 3 Chiffchaff, 1 Treecreeper, 1 Bullfinch.
