Eastville Park:
Vis mig over Eastville garden and park this am: 1 m Wigeon (unusual sighting for Bristol), 120 Woodpigeon, 150  Jackdaw , 2 Skylark, 5 Fieldfare, 33 Redwing, 5 Pied Wagtail, 1 Linnet, 4 Chaffinch

Fishponds:
2 Kestrel

Easton:
80+ Jackdaw over the house heading south

88 Wigeon, 1 flyover Great White Egret, 4 Little Egret , 5 Grey Heron, 95 Dunlin, 14 Lapwing, 7 Curlew, 45 Turnstone, 1 GBB Gull, 1 Kestrel,  1Wheatear, 1 Stonechat

Almondsbury:
Garden: 2 Long-tailed Tit, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Goldcrest, 1 Nuthatch, 1 Goldfinch

New Passage/Northwick:
Few migrants at New Passage this morning between 7am & 9 am, highlights ca 70 Jackdaw to SW,  ca 35 Redwing, 2 Brambling, but less than 50 Chaffinch.

Pilning wetland:
1 juv Pochard (scarce here - 1st sentry box pool), Little Egret, 47 Gadwall, 48 Lapwing, 120 Dunlin, Black-tailed Godwit,  3 Rock Pipit

NORTH SOMERSET

Portishead:
17th October: 1 Willow Warbler caught and ringed in garden near Battery Point

Clevedon-Yeo:
Wain's Hill:  Red Kite, Yellow-browed Warbler (very elusive in trees and bushes by the small boatyard), Skylark (heard)

Bristol Airport:
26 Golden Plover in the  Airport flock
18th October: 1 Barn Owl

Kenn Moor:
12 Skylark

Yatton: 
220 Jackdaw, heading SW

Uphill:
3 Lapwing, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker, Skylark, Cetti's Warbler, Blackcap, Meadow Pipit, Chaffinch

230 Golden Plover in a field off the A420 at Cold Ashton, also 20 Sky Lark there.

*Marsh Harrier – 2 juvs :1 is the bird from the 9th that’s very heavily marked; the other is a new juv this autumn that has decent face/crown markings but not as bright as most and has a dark spot in the central crown
