House Martin entering nest.

Oldbury Power Station:
3 Little Egret, 1 Red Kite (Shepperdine), 1 Honey Buzzard over,  c.50 mixed Ringed Plover/Dunlin, 4 Curlew, 1 Knot, 2 Greenshank, 4 Common Gull, 60+ Swallow, 500 House Martin (reported around Towers early morning), 1 Willow Warbler, 18 Chiffchaff, 1 Blackcap, 2 Whitethroat, 2-3 Whinchat.


Inglestone Common:
2 Tawny Owl - singing, 35 Swallow, 25 House Martin, 2 Willow Warbler, 3 Whitethroat, 1 Redstart, 2 Whinchat, 40 Goldfinch.


Chipping Sodbury:
10 Swift.

Shoveler, 1 Wigeon (ecl m) ,  22 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 3 Little Egret, 2 Marsh Harrier - the breast patch bird and the ginger rumped one – also has ‘headlights’ which i didnt note before for some reason, unless two are at the lake with ginger rumps) 1 Lapwing, 1 Snipe, 8 Green Sandpiper,  8 Great Black-backed Gull, 1 Yellow-legged Gull, 7 Common Tern, 67+ Black Tern (possibly many more - flocks off Woodford and on Herriotts Pool - majority moulting adults but a fair few juvs), 2 Arctic Skua through at 4 p.m., 4 Kingfisher, 1 Hobby, 1 Peregrine (juv m), 1 Whitethroat - juv,

Dam:
3 Yellow Wagtail.

Heron's Green:
12+ Little Grebe, 1 Cattle Egret, 2 Little Ringed Plover, 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Wheatear, 15+ Pied Wagtail.

Moreton:
1 Sparrowhawk.

Stratford:
1 Redshank,
