Fine sunny weather but few migrants. A very early Hobby seen at Severnside.

Bishopston (Bristol) 21/3/16:
Claremont Rd: 1 flyover Red Kite 2.30pm with 2 Buzzard (Peter Cain).

Longwell Green:
Hicks Gate end: 1 Sparrowhawk, over the ring road.

Oldbury Power Station:
20 Chiffchaff.

Littleton Warth:
21 Shelduck, 1 Oystercatcher, 5 LBB Gull, 1 Wheatear.

1 flyover Hobby this morning (Martyn Hayes, Nigel Tucker), exceptionally early for Avon.

Worle 28/3/16:
Headland: 1 fly-through Hobby reported (twitter@headlandbirder). Potential earliest ever Avon record (currently 30/3/90) but it is unlikely we'll tease a description out of the observer so it won't make it into the Report. Pity.

1 Peregrine, 2 Raven, 7 Sand Martin, 20 Chiffchaff, 1 Willow Warbler, 2 Blackcap, 3 Stonechat, 1 Wheatear.

Keynsham:
Old Fry's building: 2 Peregrine.

Saltford:
6 Buzzard, 2 Kestrel, 1 Kingfisher (over arable fields, away from the river), 3 Green Woodpecker, 2 Jay, 14 Magpie, 1 Raven, 5 Long-tailed Tit, 5 Chiffchaff, 2 Blackcap, 17 Wren, 4 Greenfinch.

Blagdon Lake:
