1 Mute Swan, 50ish Mallard, 10 Goosanders (5 males not sure about the rest, a mixture of immatures & females, there were a lot of comings & goings), 2 Grey Heron, 7 Cormorants, 8 Moorhen, 15 Herring Gull (13 were a flyover), 1 LBB Gull, 100ish BH Gull, 1 Tawny Owl, 1 Kingfisher (f), 3 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 6 Coal Tit, 3 Redwing. 2 Grey Wagtail

Throughout December, Dippers seen on a number of occasions singing and feeding in the channelled sections of the River Somer, in the centre of Radstock ST6954 and Midsomer Norton ST6654. At the latter this is right alongside MN High Street, the bird(s) seemingly not bothered about people walking past within 5 metres all the time.
