38 Canada Goose on the lake and another 300+ on the far side of the estuary. 
c.50 Knot (downriver). 20 Lapwing, 68 Redshank, 5 Stonechat.

Yacht club:  25 Skylark, 4 Yellowhammer.

Overhead: 19 Skylark (high, in groups up to 6), 1 Redpoll, 2 Redwing.

Severn Beach - Sea Watch:
2 Shoveler, 1 Cormorant, 6 Curlew, 1 Great Black-backed Gull,

Yate:
1 m. Sparrowhawk (in a garden).


NORTH SOMERSET

Clevedon-Yeo:
Shelducks, Oystercatchers, Curlews.
1 f./imm. Merlin heading SW low over the tide line at 09:45.
1 thrush sp. (probably Redwing) also SW.


Bristol Airport:
250+ Pied Wagtail leaving roost at 7.10 a.m.

Weston-super-Mare:
Sparrowhawk.


Banwell:
Goldcrest, Treecreeper, Nuthatch (in the same tree, but not at the same time). 18 House Sparrow ("remarkable considering we spent very many years without any").
