Pilning Wetlands:
Canada Goose, Mute Swan inc at least 2 recent cygnets, Shelduck, Gadwall, Mallard, Tufted Duck,
Swift, Woodpigeon, Collared Dove, Moorhen inc recent fledged, Coot inc recent fledged, Little Grebe, Lapwing, 1 Ringed Plover, 3 Curlew, 1 Black-headed Gull - first one I’ve seen back, Herring Gull, 1 Cormorant, 2 + Grey Heron, Little Egret, Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, Magpie, Jackdaw, Carrion Crow, Raven, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Skylark, 2+ Sand Marin, Swallow, House Martin, Chiffchaff - heard everywhere but saw none, Reed Warbler - heard but not seen, Blackcap, Whitethroat - heard several, got a clear view of one and saw several other probables disappearing into hedges, Wren, Starling, Robin - heard only, never saw one, House Sparrow, Pied Wagtail, Meadow Pipit, 1 Chaffinch, 1 Bullfinch, Greenfinch, Linnet, Goldfinch, Reed Bunting
