Fresh cold breeze to start today; sunshine increased later as did temperatures (max 19.5°C in Bristol)

Totals inc WeBS count - 8 Canada Goose, 26 Mute Swan, 90 Shelduck plus 32 well-grown young plus newish brood of 8, so this year I have seen 55 chicks, 60 Mallard plus young brood of 9, Wood Pigeon, 1+Coot, 8 Oystercatcher , 1 Lapwing, 3 Whimbrel, 95 Curlew, 1 f  Ruff, 4 Dunlin, 105 Redshank, 1 poss Spotted Redshank [heard once only], 1 Greenshank , 200+ Black-headed Gull, 4 Herring Gull, 1 GBB Gull, 4 LBB Gull, 1 Cormorant, 8 Little Egret, 1 Buzzard , 2 Swallow

Blind Yeo,:
Kenn Road bridge- 8 Canada Goose (not usually on the river), 1 Mute Swan, Mallard with 8 ducklings, 4 Moorhen
