01-10-20 exhausted Short-eared Owl, Frampton Cotterell (Kirsty Goddard)

Frampton Cotterell:
1st October - 1 Short-eared Owl found in a field by non-birders walking their dog. It was wet and exhausted and allowed itself to be picked up. After a checkover at the vet it is now recovering at The Viaduct Animal Sanctuary at Coalpit Heath.
