AVON BIRD REPORT 2022 -- Request to photographers
If you have taken any bird photos in Avon during the past year and would like to see them published do please send them to me at bktlgodwit@gmail.com All good quality shots are welcome but I am particularly interested in the following: a common bird showing some unusual behaviour or in an unusual habitat, or generally any less common bird. Photos of species that have not appeared in recent Avon Bird Reports, as well as shots of birds 'in their habitat', are particularly welcome. They must have been taken in Avon in 2022, we will need the date and site for each photo. They are likely to use the jpeg system but others are acceptable. Photos can be either 'portrait' or 'landscape' shape, the very best of the former type will be candidates for the cover. There is no time limit but it would be good if they arrived with me before the end of February. Harvey Rose (Editor of the Avon Bird Report)
