10th May '17 Wednesday - Garganey, Ruff

Coolish in the morning followed by pleasant sunny day.

Raptor day today. Cattle Egret sticking around. Yellow Wagtail. Garganay
I thought we had a Great Reed Warbler but it was another Nunnery (Norfolk).

Littleton Warth:
12 new Reed Warblers ringed today, some carrying fat and mostly no signs of breeding which suggests they are new arrivals there to compete with the April vanguard or stopping of for refreshment.
1 calling male Cuckoo, 1 Spotted Flycatcher, 1 singing Lesser Whitethroat
