Oldbury Power Station:
1 Little Egret, 1 Cuckoo, juv Starling appearing

19-5-17 fledgling Starling at New Passage  (John Martin)
New Passage/Northwick Warth:
2 Teal, 2 Shoveler, 2 Little Egret, 3 Little Ringed Plover, 31 Ringed Plover, 4 Lapwing chicks (2 broods), 39 Dunlin, fledged Starlings

NORTH SOMERSET

Portishead, Sainsbury's Car Park:
1 Cetti's Warbler singing

3 Mute Swan, 13 (1f) Mallard, 9 Grey Heron, 4 Moorhen, 4 Coot, 1 Stock Dove, 2 Green Woodpecker, 1 flyover Great Spotted Woodpecker, 4 Goldcrest, few Tits, 2 Swallow, 5 House Martin, few Chiffchaff and Blackcap singing, 2 Nuthatch, 18 Wren and lots of Thrushes singing, 2 Grey Wagtail, 2 Pied Wagtail, 14 Chaffinch singing! but only 4 Goldfinch
