We get a lot of duff pics sent in to us, Roger's are usually some of the worst ones. Thanks anyway Roger, we hope our words of encouragement inspire you to send in some more.

Aust Warth:
51 Shelduck, 2 Little Egret, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Kestrel, 5 Curlew, 9 BH Gull, 1 Raven, 4 Skylark, 6 Whitethroat, 2 Meadow Pipit.

New Passage-Northwick:
Shore & wetland: 4 Mute Swan, 1 Canada Goose, 50 Shelduck, 20 Mallard, 3 Tufted Duck, 1 Little Egret, 2 Grey Heron, 2 Little Grebe, 1 Buzzard, 15 Coot + young, 35 Oystercatcher, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 1 Lapwing, 40 BH Gull, 30 Swift, 2 Skylark, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Reed Warbler, 60+ Starling, 2 Song Thrush, 2 Linnet.

Severn Beach:
High Street: 4 House Martin nests, 11 House Sparrow
Orchard Pools: 1 Grey Heron, 3 Cetti's Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler, 2 Reed Warbler, 3 Song Thrush.
Tesco Pool: 1 Little Grebe + chick, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Reed Bunting.

Portbury Wharf:
4 Mute Swan, 1 female Wigeon, 7 Tufted Duck, 1 Grey Heron, 3 Little Grebe, 3 Oystercatcher, 14 Redshank, 1 nesting LBB Gull, 1 Cetti's Warbler, 5 Chiffchaff, 8 Whitethroat, 2 Reed Warbler, 6 Song Thrush, 90 Starling.

Weston STW:
A Grasshopper Warbler reeling here this morning (Adrian Hockey).
2 Little Egret, 4 Grey Heron, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Cuckoo, 1 Stonechat family. Lots of juvenile birds out and about here.

Compton Dando:
2 Buzzard, 2 Kestrel, 1 Kingfisher, 4 Raven, 1 Dipper, 4 Grey Wagtail.

Barrow Tanks:
1 drake Common Scoter, 1 Redshank, plus the Sand Martin colony.

9 Teal, 3 Shoveler, 15 Pochard, 1 Little Egret, 4 Grey Heron, 70 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Sparrowhawk (carrying prey), 1 Raven, 3 Chiffchaff, 4 Blackcap, 10 Reed Warbler, 14 Pied Wagtail, 3 Reed Bunting.
