Correction- Not a Tufted Duck.
This is an immature female Scaup - Note the dark 'nail' at the tip of the beak and the pale crescent at rear of ear coverts. Alas no facial blaze (thanks go to the duckmasters)
Do you remember the Red-backed Shrike found in Horton last month? (29th) Well the same or another has surfaced near Cricklade on Wiltshire Wildlife Trust land at Blakehill.
