A Cautionary Tale to all Birder/Photographers from a Contributor
"A few months ago I heard about this bird. When I went to look for it I set up my telescope on the road some distance away so as not to disturb the bird. Shortly after, I was approached by an extremely aggressive and angry farmer who claimed that birder/photographers had actually got into the field to get closer to the bird and had caused disturbance to his cows the previous day, one of which miscarried later that night. He saw me as another photographer and vented his anger to the point where I thought he was going to hit me."
