25th April '17 Tuesday - Purple Heron

Bright and sunny but much colder with a chilly north wind.  Rain/hail showers in the afternoon.

Turtle Dove  (R Yeo), also Whimbrel, Grasshopper Warbler, Yellow Wagtail.
Black Tern still at Chew, also Hobby, Whinchat, Garden Warbler.
And more Whimbrels and Whinchats.
Late report of a Purple Heron in flight over Portbury Wharf.
