NORTH SOMERSET

Portbury Wharf:
Hybrid (?) gull, Portbury Wharf (Chris Stone)
This gull has upper-part colour similar to Yellow-legged Gull, perhaps very slightly darker?, but has pink legs. I assume it is a hybrid HG x LBB. I have seen this bird, or another similar, a couple of times before here. Any ideas please? (Chris Stone)

Highlights - 2 Swifts in Hotwells. 1 Moorhen, Cumberland Basin.
1 Peregrine and 3 Ravens, 1 Sparrowhawk, over Leigh Woods, 1 Jay.
1 Shelduck, upstream from Sea Mills, 2 Buzzards, 2+ Greenfinch.
Ravens’ nest near Pill with noisy chicks, 4+ Swifts screaming at the Viaduct in Pill.

Pill:
2 Sparrowhawk - chasing Swift.
