Speaker: Steve Stansfield, Warden of Bardsey Bird and Field Observatory
Steve will shortly be returning to Bardsey, a beautiful small island off the Llŷn Peninsula in North Wales, for his 22nd season as Warden of the Observatory. He is ideally placed to give an insight into the dramas, both avian and human, of this fascinating place. One of the Manx Shearwaters resident on Bardsey had the title of the World’s Oldest Bird. Steve is also a professional photographer. On every level, this talk promises to be something a bit special.
