House Sparrow and Greenfinch in the garden today.
Bradley Stoke:
Just a few observation of the area. Greenfinch are battling with Goldfinch as the most abundant finch I've seen this year. Plenty of Song Thrush in the woodland / scrub areas, heard, but rarely seen.

19 Shelduck, 28 Mallard, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Herring Gull, 2 Lesser Black-backed Gull, Woodpigeon, 3 Magpie, mixed flock of 150+ corvids including lots of hard-to-identify young Rooks and Carrion Crows, 4+ Skylark, 6+ Swallow - including a family of fledglings, 3 singing Whitethroat, 3 Wren, a small flock of Starling - juv, Blackbird, Greenfinch, 2 Linnet, Goldfinch.
BELOW M4 & BANES
Bath:
6 Peregrine - inc 4 juv. Hard parenting but all thriving. Some food passes today - good catch but dropped into the R Avon - sound like England cricket?
