Swallow – breeding population in serious decline, only approx. 7 breeding pairs (and several unpaired individuals) in the Cam Valley (Temple Cloud to Hinton Blewett) compared with c22 five years ago. What’s happening?
Have others noticed that numbers of Swallows are down this year?
Siskin – one or more very young juvs at garden feeder, first probable breeding record for the locality in the last 15+ years
