Open Space: Quieter today, 1 Jay, 20 Blackbird, 7 Fieldfare, 1 Song Thrush, 15 Goldfinch of note.

Easton (Bristol):
Greenbank Rd: 1 Chiffchaff.

St Andrews (Bristol):
Park: 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Goldcrest, 1 Coal Tit, 8 Long-tailed Tit, 40+ Starling, 25 Redwing, 2 Mistle Thrush, 1 Greenfinch.

Eastville Park (Bristol):
17/1/16 Kingfisher (Gill Sapsed)
Clifton Downs (Bristol):
BOC Watchpoint: 30 Long-tailed Tit.

Westbury-on-Trym (Bristol) 16/1/16:
Badock's Wood: 2 Dipper, by the footbridge over the river Trym.

Severn Beach:
1 Purple Sandpiper of particular note.
Other stuff, 4 Grey Heron, 100 Oystercatcher, 16 Ringed Plover, 900 Dunlin, 45 Curlew, 56 Redshank, 130 Turnstone, 1 GBB Gull.

Abbots Leigh:
Sandy Lane end: 1 Tawny Owl calling this morning, 6.30am.

Pill:
Crockerne Drive: 50+ Goldfinch.

Portbury Dock:
500 Dunlin including a bird in odd plumage. It had a white mantle and white left tertial feathers (Chris Stone). Other stuff, 1 Sparrowhawk, 20 Ringed Plover, 1 Kingfisher.

Portbury Wharf:
Estuary: 250 Dunlin.
Pools WeBS: 4 Mute Swan, 33 Wigeon, 2 Gadwall, 24 Teal, 19 Mallard, 18 Shoveler, 1 drake Pochard,  2 Cormorant, 2 Little Grebe, 28 Coot, 7 Moorhen, 22 Lapwing, 16 BH Gull, 18 Herring Gull.
Other stuff, 1 Sparrowhawk, Wharf Lane.

Portishead:
