Open Space: 6 Fieldfare, 4 Song Thrush, 2 Stonechat, 1 Greenfinch, 10 Goldfinch, 5 Linnet, 1 Bullfinch.

Eastville Park (Bristol):
2 Grey Heron, 12 Long-tailed Tit.

St George (Bristol):
Crews Hole: 1 Jay, garden feeders.

1 fly-by Greylag Goose, 182 Wigeon, 558 Teal, 156 Mallard, 2 Shoveler, 2 Tufted Duck, 9 Little Egret (patch record), 5 Grey Heron, 1 Peregrine, 2 Water Rail, 4 Golden Plover, 3 Grey Plover, 450 Lapwing, 1 Knot, 1,200 Dunlin, 12 Curlew (+ more on distant sandbanks), 25 Redshank, 3 GBB Gull, 2 Redpoll, 30 Reed Bunting (good count for here).

Aust Warth:
1 Merlin into dusk. No Owls reported.

Severn Beach:
Orchard Pools: 1 Firecrest again (Dan White). Near the bridge.

Abbots Leigh:
Sandy Lane end: 2 Tawny Owl, early hours, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker.

Portishead:
Boating Lake: 1 Greylag Goose, 1 Pochard new, 4 Tufted Duck.
Marina: 16 Canada Goose.

Weston Down:
1 Blackcap trapped and ringed.

Sand Pt/Bay:
1 Fulmar up, 2 Purple Sandpiper, 1 Mistle Thrush, 2 Stonechat, 2 Siskin.

Planet Chew:
Little Egret: 26 in the field opposite HG bay this afternoon, to the left of the pool.
Scaup: 3 1st winter drakes in HG Bay.
Lesser Scaup: The drake showing well from Wick Green Pt today.
Black-headed Gull: 2 with full summer hoods seen today.
BH Gull 21S3: Seen yesterday: Ringed as a chick at Hosehill LNR (Berks) in 2015. Then reported at Planet Chew July 2015, another Chew report October 2015 so it appears to be a site faithful bird.
Otter:  Seen at Stratford 12.40pm, Heron's Green 1.40pm and Wick Green Pt but difficult to say how many animals involved (Rich Mielcarek, Ian Stapp).
Otter Gill very happy anyway.
